I had a busy weekend with lots of booze. So I didn't do a long run. Well, there is only one more weekend before my half marathon on May 1, and the longest run I've done was 12 miles and that was like a month ago! I don't want to go into a half marathon without having done a recent long run. So I have planned a 13.1 mile long run for this evening. Yes, on a Monday after work. This will either be AWESOME or HORRIBLE. I am not sure which! I will post a recap tomorrow.
On the bright side, a cookout with a black bean burger and sweet potato fries is planned for tonight after my run! What a yummy way to refuel :)
